Being a bakery, energy usage is significant operational cost across the 3 locations, so it’s important for Gumnut Patisserie to have the right people in charge of the energy accounts to ensure that they are optimising their costs in this area. Enter Choice Energy, who, through our relationship with the Baking Association of Australia, were able to initially start to assess the accounts in mid-2023, and since have been able to ensure Gumnut Patisserie are always on the best energy rates.
