With energy costs continuing to fluctuate, SMEs need more than a competitive rate. They need clarity, guidance and a trusted partner who understands their business and looks beyond short-term wins to deliver long-term value.
Supporting SMEs at Scale
Throughout 2025, we worked with 16,493 SME businesses across Australia, supporting them through energy reviews, market insights and tailored procurement strategies.
In total, SMEs submitted more than 10,000 energy bills for assessment, giving our team the opportunity to dig deep into usage, pricing structures and contract terms to uncover real opportunities for improvement.
And the results spoke for themselves.
Real Savings, Real Impact
Savings were identified in 87% of cases reviewed in 2025. That means the vast majority of businesses we worked with had opportunities to reduce costs, improve contract terms or better align their energy strategy with their operations. Across the year, this translated into $1.3 million in savings for Australian small and medium businesses, with an average annual saving of $850 per site.
Sometimes, it didn’t take much to get started. In many cases, as little as 60 seconds on the phone was enough to begin uncovering meaningful energy savings.
