Melbourne Wash and Fold is a small personal services business operating across Richmond and St Kilda in Victoria. The business had not reviewed its energy rates for over a year, and rising electricity and gas costs were starting to impact their operating expenses.

The business noticed that energy bills were higher than usual, particularly for gas. With rates increasing, they needed a solution to ensure they were not overpaying. How we helped
Choice Energy, with Ben leading the account, conducted a detailed review of their electricity and gas accounts. At the Richmond site, electricity costs were reduced by $1,280 annually. Gas rates, which were particularly high, were optimised to save $6,544 at the St Kilda site and $5,508 at the Richmond site. Electricity rates at St Kilda were already competitive, so the business remained with their current retailer.
